Job summary

Airtel in India is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for a product area or complex customer journey. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to define problems, drive UX strategy, prototyping, UI design, testing, and iteration.

You will simplify complex requirements into scalable experiences, contribute to design systems, and mentor junior designers while aligning stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience designing digital products across mobile and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable impact.
• Strong in Product Thinking, UX/UI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
• Ability to solve complex problems while balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
