Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX design work for enterprise digital products. You will explore user problems, conduct research, and collaborate with product teams to deliver intuitive experiences using Figma.

You will drive information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, applying design thinking to tackle complex business challenges while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across products.

Qualifications

• Experience 5–7 years in UX/Product Design.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in UX and Product Design for enterprise-scale digital products. This role requires someone who can independently drive design initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences.

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end UX design activities for enterprise applications.
• Understand user problems through research, discovery, and stakeholder discussions before proposing solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Apply design thinking and established UX frameworks to solve complex business and user challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present design rationale effectively and influence decision-making through data-driven and user-centred approaches.
• Deliver high-quality designs independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices and success metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong UX/Product Design experience with Figma.
• Excellent product thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design methodologies.
• Experience creating visual artefacts such as journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal education/background in Design from reputed institutes.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms and complex user journeys.
