Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Relevant degree from institutions like NID and equivalents.
• Strong UX thinking and problem-solving skills beyond visual design.
• Research-oriented mindset with the ability to frame problems clearly.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to prototype ideas quickly and communicate concepts clearly.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and working within technical constraints.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• HCI or related certifications.
• Experience designing B2B products, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces.
