Job summary

Nestasia is seeking a creative, trend-driven Product Designer to shape our product portfolio. You will translate market insights into new collection concepts, review samples, and collaborate with vendors to ensure designs meet intent.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in Product Design or related fields, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A design degree (NID/NIFT) is preferred, with a focus on aesthetics and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, Product Development or Lifestyle Design.
• Strong understanding of design trends, colour, materials and product aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or relevant design software.
• Excellent visualisation, creative thinking and communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original product concepts and collections is essential.
• Preferably from design college - NID/NIFT.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark leading global and Indian lifestyle brands to identify emerging design and product trends.
• Translate market insights and customer feedback into new product ideas and collection concepts.
• Review product samples and provide design inputs to enhance aesthetics, functionality and overall customer appeal.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure the final product aligns with the original design intent.
• Contribute to seasonal launches by developing cohesive product stories and design themes.
• Build and maintain a library of design inspirations, materials, finishes and trend forecasts.
• Explore opportunities for product innovation while balancing creativity, functionality and commercial viability.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and new collection ideas to internal stakeholders.
