Job summary

Gonoise in Gurugram seeks a design thinker with 2–4 years in small-sized consumer product designs to own and drive the design vision across multiple product categories. You will fuse form, function and user experience into designs that are manufacturable and on-brand, guiding CMF exploration toward production.

Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams, manage parallel projects, and coordinate with external design partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in small-sized consumer product design.
• Degree from NID Ahmedabad or equivalent tier-1 design school.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and materials knowledge.
• Balance creative exploration with real-world feasibility.
• Experience from ideation to mass production.

• Own and drive the design vision for multiple product categories. responsible for bringing together form, function, and user experience into cohesive and manufacturable designs.


• Work on new product design as well as CMF (Color, Material, Finish) exploration to deliver exceptional physical experiences that align with the brand’s identity.


• Engage deeply in user and market research, uncovering insights that shape design strategy and direction.


• Manage multiple parallel projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing), and oversee external design partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility, technical understanding of materials and processes, and a collaborative mindset
