Job summary

Career Matrix Consultants is seeking a Sr Engineer in Product design to join our engineering team. You will translate requirements into robust Creo 2D/3D designs for plastic and sheet metal components, anticipate manufacturability issues, and support DFM preparation.

You will work in a fast-paced services environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams across Noida, Indore, Pithampur, Pune and Delhi/NCR to deliver high-quality designs and reliable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Creo 2D and 3D design.
• Experience with plastic and sheet metal design.
• DFM preparation.
• Familiarity with 5S and IATF audits.
• Experience with audit documentation (internal and external).
• RFQ monitoring and follow-up.
