Opening for Design Engineer for Pune location. Package - 12LPA. Experience Required - 4+ years.

Job Description

Product design for all programs w.r.t. Specification, Received CAD inputs, Samples & Customer inputs w.r.t. Customer timeline.

1. RFQ Level:
   • a. Study Drawings, Standards and DVP
   • b. Communication with internal CFT as well as Customer
   • c. Tech review preparation and discussion with Customer
   • d. PBOM preparation
2. Project Development & Launching Level:
   • a. Study drawings, Standards & DVP
   • b. Design feasibility and approval from Customer
   • c. DFMEA preparation
   • d. DVP finalization for sign off with Customer
   • e. Design kick off with Design reviews 2D/3D CAD preparation, review with CFT and release to respective agencies
   • f. Engineering BOM preparation
   • g. Co-ordinate with CFT for BOPs, Part design w.r.t. queries resolution
   • h. Attending part trials internal/external, fitment trials and corrective action, Root cause analysis and customer communications
   • i. ECN management
   • j. Attending testings internal/external, co-ordination with respective agencies
   • k. Audit Internal/External : Preparation and participation
   • l. Visiting customers/suppliers as applicable for technical reviews, trials, analysis

Work Experience Around 4~6 years related field experience
