Kruthika Jewellery is seeking a detail-oriented Product Catalog Executive to manage our Shopify store. You will ensure accurate product listings, optimize SEO basics, and coordinate price updates with the inventory team.

Responsibilities

• Upload products to Shopify with 100% accuracy (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).
• Configure product variants (sizes, colors, materials, SKUs, inventory).
• Organize catalogs into collections, categories, menus, and tags to improve search.
• Review listings for grammar, imagery, formatting, and working links.
• Write meta titles, descriptions, and clean URLs for new products.
• Coordinate with inventory/vendor teams to update stock, discounts, and pricing across the store.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Product Catalog Executive to manage and optimize our product listings on our Shopify store. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that our online catalog is accurate, up-to-date, visually appealing, and structured for a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Uploading: Upload new products to Shopify individually or in bulk via CSV files, ensuring 100% accuracy in titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Variant Management: Configure complex product options, including sizes, colors, materials, SKUs, and inventory tracking.
• Catalog Organization: Organize products into logical collections, categories, navigation menus, and tags to improve site search and user experience.
• Content Quality Control: Review product listings for correct grammar, high-quality imagery, proper formatting, and broken links.
• SEO Optimization: Implement basic on-page SEO by writing meta titles, meta descriptions, and clean URL handles for new products.
• Inventory & Price Updates: Coordinate with the inventory/vendor team to update stock levels, discounts, and pricing changes across the store.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 13 years of proven experience as a Catalog Executive, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role in the e-commerce sector.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on, practical experience working with the Shopify admin panel is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and handling bulk data/CSV imports).
• Attention to Detail: High precision in data entry to avoid pricing or stock errors.
• Communication: Decent written English skills for formatting and refining product descriptions.
