Reports to Brand Manager E-commerce & Operations
Space Lines is looking for a detail-oriented merchandiser to handle everyday product listing and catalogue work. You will upload and check products, keep trackers current, and follow up on missing information and approved dispatch dates under the Brand Manager's guidance. The role focuses on online catalogue execution.
Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings on the website and marketplaces using approved product information and assets.
- Enter and check titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs, variants, sizes, size charts, collections, tags and required marketplace fields.
- Check each listing before and after publishing for missing details, wrong images, pricing errors and variant mismatches; correct or elevate issues.
- Maintain listing and order trackers with current status, pending inputs, owners and approved dispatch dates.
- Collect missing product details and images from design and production, and follow up on corrections with the relevant team.
- Reconcile online availability with stock verified by production or fulfilment. Flag mismatches to the Brand Manager before updating availability.
- Follow up with production and fulfilment against approved dispatch dates, update the tracker and escalates delays to the Brand Manager.
- Support launches and approved catalogue changes, and share a short daily update on completed work and blockers.
What you bring
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce listing or catalogue operations, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Hands-on familiarity with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify or marketplace seller panels.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills, including sorting, filters and simple formulas.
- Careful with product information, images, prices and sizes; able to write clear product descriptions from approved inputs.
- Organised, reliable with follow-ups and comfortable doing repetitive detail-heavy work. Practical skills matter more than a specific degree.
