With sub-teams like Renewals, HVM (High Value Memberships), Hubs, and Retail Centers, the team operates with one clear focus: "Whats the sale for today?"

Role Summary:

As a Product Advisor, you will engage with Shaadi.com members to offer them premium services, assist in their life partner search, and convert free members into paying customers. Success in this role demands excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to follow structured sales processes. You will play a key role in driving revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members, offering tailored products to enhance their partner search.
• Follow the defined sales process to convert free members into premium subscribers.
• Update call disposition comments after each interaction, ensuring all relevant details are logged.
• Follow up on inquiries that have not converted, making the required number of calls as per targets.
• Maintain detailed records of all follow-ups and updates in the system.
• Meet daily targets for call volume and talk time.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain healthy lead-to-conversion ratios.
• Participate in periodic evaluations to assess performance.
• If assigned, interface with walk-in customers, explain features of Shaadi.com, and convert them to premium memberships.
• Ensure all required documentation related to sales and member interactions is properly maintained.

Requirements:
