Responsibilities

Position summary

Key responsibilities

• - Material Procurement: Source quality materials at competitive prices.

• - Department Coordination: Liaise with departments for procurement flow and project needs.
• - Timely Delivery: Follow up to ensure materials arrive as per project timelines.
• - Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate logs (quotations, POs, invoices, receipts).
• - Payment Processing: Ensure timely payments and follow up with clients post-delivery.
• - Inventory Management: Regularly review inventory and replenish based on forecasts.
