Job summary

RENÉE Cosmetics is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive or Asst Manager Procurement to lead packaging and raw material procurement for its cosmetics line in Ahmedabad. You will manage end-to-end procurement, coordinate with design teams for new SKUs, and liaise with TPMs to ensure timely production and dispatches.

The role requires strong ERP/SAP and MS Excel skills, plus excellent negotiation and communication abilities to drive supplier relationships and optimize stock levels for upcoming

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain (FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care preferred).
• Strong knowledge of packaging development & vendor management.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP & MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials (primary, secondary, tertiary).
• Coordinate with vendors, design and packaging teams for new SKUs and artwork approvals.
• Liaise with third-party manufacturers for timely production and dispatches.
• Source and procure raw materials, actives and ingredients as per production needs.
• Maintain safety stock norms and ensure smooth replenishment.
• Collaborate with supply chain planning for monthly procurement and inventory tracking.
• Drive material readiness for new launches and promotional packs.
