Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Packaging Executive to manage packaging development, component localization, sustainability, innovation, and NPD projects. The role involves coordinating with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to oversee packaging feasibility, testing, validation, artwork approvals, and technical compliance while ensuring timely project execution and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Packaging development team & Strategic decision for component localization.
• Project Management of specific packaging development / Sustainability / Innovation projects.
• Coordination of feasibility studies on Market design proposals; in conjunction with internal and external development partners, e.g. Purchasing, Manufacturing, Distribution & agreed supplier partners.
• Component supplier continues up‑gradation with new technology & FG supplier filling packing validation.
• Approval of all relevant technical component drawings.
• Coordination, approval and reporting of all necessary packaging/product component testing, via the Product Testing and Scale‑up team within R&D.
• Coordination, approval and reporting of all necessary filling line and transit trials.
• Creation and maintenance of packaging specifications & manage system administration.
• Technical approval of finished components.
• Management and resolution of relevant packaging related non‑conformances.
• Coordination of packaging artworks and origination proof ("bromide") approvals necessary to complete the development of their brand or product packaging.
• Manage over all NPD projects & insure the launches on time.
• Good brand and decoration knowledge.
• Independent project driver & good team manager.
• User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software.
