• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 57 years of procurement experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Agri-based industries.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM, Oracle ERP, or similar procurement systems, along with Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing categories.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of agri-based raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Drive sourcing strategies for seasonal and agri-based commodities, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
