Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Domain Solution Architect for Sourcing and Procurement. You will lead end-to-end S2P engagements, articulate value propositions to CPOs, and guide platform transformations using Ariba, Coupa, and GenAI for procurement.

You will mentor teams, manage client expectations, and ensure seamless delivery of complex procurement programs with a focus on digitization and innovation.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate education with extensive domain experience in S2P.
• 13+ years total experience and 10+ years in S2P-related roles.
• Proven ability to articulate S2P value propositions to CPOs and procurement leaders.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to sell S2P transformations and digitization initiatives.
• Lead solutions architecture across source-to-pay domains and platforms.
• Mentor teams and drive sign-offs for complex procurement programs.

Skills criteria:Strategies, Offerings, and Solutions

• End to end understanding of the Sourcing and Procurement function
• Domain knowledge of the Source to Pay (S2P) function including Strategic Sourcing, Category management and Procurement operations (transactional procurement functions).
• Ability to clearly articulate and “sell” the S2P value proposition and being able to explain the solution in simple terms. Being able to “draw” the solution on a white board in a few minutes in such a way that the audience understands how it works and what the key variables are that will impact the solution cost
• Strong understanding of procurement processes/systems and technology, in particular sourcing, e-Procurement. E-Sourcing, e-Auctions, contract databases and transaction “eProcurement” catalogue systems
• Strong experience in building dynamic and robust commercial models (value based, gain share, transaction based) for the S2P function.
• Should possess a good point of view on the future of S2P services, Agentic and AI POV’s and the digital innovations and transformations in the market. Should be able to engage with client CPO’s and Procurement leaders.
• Experienced in client engagements where process and platform transformation has been sold to clients. Bring skills and knowledge to digitize client’s process challenges.

• Commercial acumen – understands the financials and whether we can deliver a deal profitably
• Excellent with numbers and analysis
• Delivery Expertise- understanding of what we can deliver so can solution it appropriately
• Detail Oriented– needs to be able to go deep or stay at high level depending upon the audience and the need

• Focused on buyer-value expectations
• Good listening skills & ability to interpret requirements and buyer values in such a way that we take the shortest route possible to the answer
• Able to communicate shared understanding of changes that the client will also need to make other required changes on their end
• Able to help client feel like solution is one-to-one but leverages our standard offering
• Able to manage the internal stakeholders & make things happen seamlessly & make sign-offs/reviews a natural act so that the deal is effectively reviewed as it is built vs. leaving these sign offs to the last minute resulting in everyone feeling pressured
