Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Senior Domain Solution Architect with 13+ years in sourcing and procurement to drive end-to-end S2P transformations. You will engage with clients' CPOs, design value-based commercial models, and articulate complex solutions clearly for diverse audiences.

You will mentor solution architects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of platform-driven procurement initiatives using Ariba, Coupa and GenAI for procurement.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in domain solutions architecture for sourcing and procurement.
• 10+ years relevant to S2P, including strategic sourcing and category management.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Exposure to Ariba, Coupa, GEP, RPA, GenAI for procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor solution architects and extended teams.
• Engage with client CPOs and procurement leaders to digitize processes.
• Drive end-to-end S2P transformation engagements.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders.

• End to end understanding of the Sourcing and Procurement function
• Domain knowledge of the Source to Pay (S2P) function including Strategic Sourcing, Category management and Procurement operations (transactional procurement functions).
• Ability to clearly articulate and "sell" the S2P value proposition and being able to explain the solution in simple terms. Being able to "draw" the solution on a white board in a few minutes in such a way that the audience understands how it works and what the key variables are that will impact the solution cost
• Strong understanding of procurement processes/systems and technology, in particular sourcing, e-Procurement. E-Sourcing, e-Auctions, contract databases and transaction "eProcurement" catalogue systems
• Strong experience in building dynamic and robust commercial models (value based, gain share, transaction based) for the S2P function.
• Should possess a good point of view on the future of S2P services, Agentic and AI POV's and the digital innovations and transformations in the market. Should be able to engage with client CPO's and Procurement leaders
• Experienced in client engagements where process and platform transformation has been sold to clients. Bring skills and knowledge to digitize client’s process challenges.
