Job summary

Facilities And Building Solutions seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and contract management for construction projects. You will drive sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, and PO management, while coordinating with legal for terms and compliance.

You will oversee commercial evaluations, cost analyses, and risk management with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to budgets and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10–12 years of procurement and contract management experience in the construction, EPC, infrastructure, or contracting industry.
  • Strong experience in handling client contracts, subcontractor agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Good understanding of commercial terms, legal clauses, contract administration, and procurement processes.
  • Experience in tendering, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for construction projects, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order management.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to review contractual terms, identify risks, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Perform commercial evaluation and cost analysis for procurement packages and subcontract awards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and strategic suppliers.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor contract execution, manage amendments, claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with project, engineering, finance, legal, and planning teams to support project delivery.
  • Track procurement schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, contract records, and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices.

Position Summary
