Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in procurement and possess a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.

You will be responsible for managing procurement processes, developing strategies, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procuring Mechanical & Instrumentation items for various project sites.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth execution of tasks from order placement to delivery.
• Send out RFQs, evaluate offers, issue purchase orders, and confirm orders with suppliers.
• Manage freight forwarders and reduce procurement costs.
• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies.
• Procure materials at negotiated prices and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with relevant departments.
• Prepare comparative cost estimations based on proposals.
• Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards.
• Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Willingness to travel if required.
