Landmark Leisure in Bengaluru seeks an experienced procurement professional to develop and execute sourcing strategies for toys, stationery, and related categories, while onboarding reliable suppliers and negotiating favorable contracts.

The role manages inventory planning, stock replenishment, and cross-functional store support, with data-driven reporting using Excel and Power BI to improve profitability and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Retail, Sports & family Entertainment industry.
• Experience in supplier onboarding, price negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Strong inventory planning and stock management experience.
• Familiarity with COGS budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for toys, stationery, and related categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Lead price negotiations and contract finalization to achieve cost savings.
• Plan and monitor visual merchandising activities.
• Maintain healthy vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment cycles across locations.
• Ensure monthly stock dispatches are executed accurately and on time.
• Implement inventory controls to reduce wastage, stockouts, and overstock situations.
• Track inventory turnover and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with store, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with finance to monitor COGS and align purchasing with budgets.
• Prepare procurement, product performance, inventory, and vendor performance reports.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Provide actionable insights for supply chain efficiency and profitability.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers/vendors while maintaining quality, price competitiveness, and timely delivery.
• Lead price negotiations and contract finalization to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Plan and monitor visual merchandising activities.
• Maintain healthy vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues promptly.

Inventory & Dispatch Management

• Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment cycles across locations.
• Ensure monthly stock dispatches are executed accurately and on time.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage, stockouts, and overstock situations.
• Track and analyze inventory turnover and recommend process improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Store Support
• Work closely with store teams, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and display alignment with sales plans.
• Maintain stock turn over and manage ageing stocks.
• Coordinate with finance to monitor COGS and align purchasing with budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
• Expiry management and SOP creation

Data & Reporting

• Prepare detailed procurement, product performance report, inventory, and vendor performance reports.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to track KPIs, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide actionable insights for improving supply chain efficiency and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Retail , Sports & family Entertainment industry.
