Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or electrical/electronics industries.
• Strong expertise in direct procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in cost optimization, supplier risk management, and procurement performance improvement.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and change-management skills.
