Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Bengaluru seeks a senior procurement professional to lead direct procurement and strategic sourcing for E&E commodities. You will drive cost reductions, negotiate supplier terms and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize performance and risk across the supply base.

The role requires strong leadership, global stakeholder management and a proven track record in supplier development and industrialization of new products.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Strong expertise in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) commodities and component sourcing.
• Proven track record in cost reduction, commercial negotiations and supplier development.
• Experience in supplier localization, risk management and supply-base optimization.
• Exposure to NPI, product development, engineering collaboration and industrialization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and global stakeholder management skills.
