Search Advisers Services Guj is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead global sourcing and strategic procurement initiatives across industrial and technology-driven manufacturing sectors.

The role emphasizes cost optimization, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver resilient supply chains and successful NPI industrialization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic procurement, direct sourcing or supplier management.
• Strong exposure to industrial, electrical equipment, engineering or technology-driven manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in global sourcing, cost optimization, supplier development and complex negotiations.
• Experience in Design-to-Cost, value engineering, supplier transfers, NPI or industrialization projects.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and global stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, communication and project management abilities
