Job summary

Zenith HR Solutions is recruiting a seasoned Procurement Head for large-scale infrastructure and premium residential projects in Pune. You will lead end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation to ensure timely material availability and value delivery.

You will drive ERP-enabled procurement across civil materials, MEP, HVAC, and interiors, implement e-tendering, and coach a high-performing procurement team while ensuring compliance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in procurement with ERP exposure (SAP MM or SAP Ariba).
• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure procurement (HVAC, Gensets, interiors).
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering; MBA preferred in SCM/Operations.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for infrastructure projects including civil materials, MEP, HVAC, and interiors.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Manage high-end and international sourcing of premium materials and customised interiors.
• Drive cost optimisation, value engineering, contract management, and budget control.
• Implement digital procurement systems, ERP tools, and e-tendering processes.
• Ensure procurement compliance and timely material availability while leading the procurement team.

Role
