Job summary

Acme Services in Pune invites an accomplished procurement leader to shape and execute strategic HR services sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization across the organization. This role drives alignment between procurement, HR and Finance to support scalable workforce strategies.

You will lead negotiations with global and local vendors, ensure governance and compliance, and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering measurable savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or HR services sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing, recruitment vendors, payroll services, and training providers.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

• Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies for HR services aligned with organizational goals.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard HR service providers; maintain strong vendor relationships.
