Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Head / Sr. Manager, Procurement Competence Center in Chennai to lead a global team of procurement analysts, driving analytics, market intelligence, and process excellence to deliver strategic outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of procurement analysts and specialists.
  • Define and implement the strategic direction for procurement performance, analytics, and capability development.
  • Collaborate with procurement leadership to shape and execute data-driven procurement strategies.
  • Own and drive high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.

Role:Head / Sr. Manager, Procurement Competence Center

Location: Chennai

Minimum: 15 Years experince

Purpose of the Role: This role is responsible for enabling strategic procurement outcomes by delivering actionable analytics, market intelligence, and process excellence. The incumbent will drive data-driven decision-making, ensure effective procurement strategy deployment, and optimize procurement performance across categories, suppliers, and initiatives. The role also ensures best-in-class procurement processes, systems, and digital tools are implemented to maximize business value, while maintaining strong alignment with organizational goals and leading key strategic initiatives.
