Job summary

V2soft in Chennai is hiring a Procurement Executive with 4–6 years of experience to coordinate daily with suppliers and plant teams, manage direct purchases, and oversee inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with suppliers and plant teams for inhouse make/VOR parts readiness; place monthly schedules to local vendors.
• Contact Sales & Service after visits to monitor quality and satisfaction; update POs in the system.
• Follow up on orders and coordinate with vendors for timely parts deliveries.
• Provide BO parts receipt to warehouse for GRN and follow up backorders; communicate ETAs to CRM.
• Close discrepancy issues.
