Job summary

Daily Labour Hub in Hyderabad is seeking a Procurement Officer in the Purchase department to manage sourcing, negotiation, and buying of materials aligned with budgets. The role emphasizes timely delivery, supplier evaluation, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and production teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of procurement experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu. ETP knowledge is a plus; probation is six months.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in material procurement or related field.
• Knowledge of ETP systems and their components is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Good communication in English, Hindi & Telugu.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services in line with organizational requirements and budgets.
• Manage and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders while tracking delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and develop effective procurement plans.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery, quality, or compliance issues as needed.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to identify and fulfil equipment needs.
