L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions in Vadodara is seeking a Buyer for Solar EPC projects to manage end-to-end procurement. You will coordinate with engineering, projects, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability and adherence to cost and schedule targets.

The role demands 3–5 years in procurement within renewable energy or EPC sectors, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset to support project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/engineering degree with procurement focus or relevant experience.
  • 3–8 years of experience in Procurement, Solar EPC or Renewable Energy.
  • Experience in utility-scale solar projects is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor development and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end procurement for Solar EPC projects from PR to site delivery.
  • Identify suppliers, float RFQs, evaluate quotations and negotiate terms.
  • Release POs/WOs, ensure terms on price, delivery, warranty and LDs.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Quality, Logistics and Finance.
  • Track delivery, expedite when needed and resolve vendor issues.
