Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech, B.E., Diploma, B.Sc. or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial procurement, preferably in minerals, mining, manufacturing, cement, steel or heavy industry.
• Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical machinery and industrial spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase raw materials, machinery, spare parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers.
• Experience of working at Indiamart and Trade India.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms.
• Understand technical specifications of machinery and spare parts.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
• Follow up with suppliers for quality and timely delivery.

Job Overview

The role requires regular interaction with suppliers and the production/maintenance teams. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage procurement activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 20,000 - 40,000 per month (Net Salary)
• Performance Bonus: Additional a very good incentives based on procurement performance.
• Accommodation: Basic, free accommodation (room) provided at the factory site.
