Job summary

SN Mining Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur invites a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Procurement to handle procurement of HEMM spare parts and related items, ensuring timely availability and minimizing downtime.

You will coordinate with OEMs, vendors, stores, transporters, and maintenance teams, review quotations, and maintain ERP records to support smooth operations. Minimum 4 years of experience in mining equipment procurement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HEMM / mining equipment procurement.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in procuring spare parts, lubricants, filters, GET items, and hydraulic components.

Responsibilities

• Procure HEMM spare parts, lubricants, filters, GET items, hydraulic components, and engine parts.
• Manage urgent breakdown procurement and ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, stores, transporters, and maintenance teams.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and process purchase requests.
• Monitor dispatches, deliveries, pending orders, and critical stock availability.
• Maintain ERP records and procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement to minimize equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure HEMM spare parts, lubricants, filters, GET items, hydraulic components, and engine parts.
• Manage urgent breakdown procurement and ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, stores, transporters, and maintenance teams.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and process purchase requests.
