Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced procurement and accounts payable professional to integrate budget with procure-to-pay processes, ensuring linkage to plans and accurate GL coding. You will partner with FP&A to monitor expenses against budgets, manage high-volume purchase requisitions, coordinate with suppliers, and drive improvements across the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+Year experience in multinational companies under IT Org working with vendors and internal stakeholders: Financial (AP).
• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, Accounts payable operations & complete Procure to Pay cycle

Responsibilities

• Integrate budget with procure-to-pay processes and systems to ensure all purchases and payments link to plans.
• Accurate purchase requisitions entries with appropriate budget and project mapping, precise GL coding.
• Partner with Finance (FP&A) to track, analyze, and report actual expenses against budget plans and work with IBE team to review and reconcile differences
• Assist team in procurement related activities as needed. Enable procurement services to the organization, Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics.
• Manage high ticket volume and large, complex PR entries along with maintaining good vendor relations.
• Manage order changes with suppliers and perform accurate change orders in Financial system.
• Check order confirmations for accuracy, compliance and provide timely resolutions to any discrepancies.
