Job summary

Team Vertex Cosmos in Pune requires an experienced Training Specialist to conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff. You will explain workflows, tools, and standards, and develop training materials to support learning initiatives.

With 2+ years of trainer experience in international e-commerce, you will monitor trainee progress, maintain records, and ensure adherence to quality guidelines. This is a fulltime, on-site role with rotational shifts and cab facilities available.
