Job summary

Cyfuture invites applications for a Process Trainer role at MEPZ SEZ, GST Road, Tambaram, Chennai. You will conduct training for new and existing employees on process, product, and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate has Graduation, at least 1 year of trainer experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and is ready to join immediately. Freshers are not eligible; training will cover induction, SOPs, quality standards, nesting/OJT, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on process, product, and operational procedures.
• Deliver induction and process training as per business requirements.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and process documentation.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training whenever required.
• Ensure employees understand and follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Track training attendance, performance, and completion reports.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Quality, and Operations teams to identify training needs.
• Support employees during the nesting/OJT period and ensure smooth transition to production.
• Maintain training records and prepare regular training reports.
