• Adhere to process guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements
• Handle end-to-end backend operations, including order processing, billing, and claims
• Supervise queues and handle workload effectively to ensure timely delivery
• Meet and exceed defined benchmarks, such as TAT, accuracy, and efficiency
• Continuously improve speed and efficiency through proactive problem-solving
• Participate in training and skill development sessions to stay current with industry guidelines

• Proven experience in the US retirement process domain

Additional Information

Willing to work in Night Shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am) and ready to work from office only.
