Principal Global Services in Maharashtra, India, is seeking individuals to manage the eFile function according to state and federal regulations. The role includes designing and leading training programs while ensuring audit preparedness and effective management of collaborators.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 8 years of work experience in financial services. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position.
Management of eFile function consistent with the policy and state/federal law and regulations. Address collaborator expectations regarding policy administration. Apply understanding of sales procedures, product invention, contract provisions, and state and federal regulations to make suitable, accurate, and timely decisions. This includes having a knowledge of plan provisions, determination of eligibility, verification of data input, identification of correct benefit level, coordination of benefits and corrections. Design, develop, coordinate and conduct large or small-scale training programs required for individuals and teams. Leading the training & Mentoring. Ensuring the Reporting in terms of team & individual training progress to superiors. Communicates strategy, company goals and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members. Responsible for effective collaborator management, new migrations, customer happiness, operational risk management and for building the culture of innovation and process simplification.

Prior work experience in policy administration - group insurance is preferred (however formal training will be provided).
