Job summary

Principal Financial Group in Pune, India seeks a Global Payroll Operations Consultant to support Global Payroll technologies and drive improvements across global operations. The role requires mentoring teammates, leading initiatives, and acting as a subject matter expert across multiple locations.

You will influence payroll operations, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and superior worker experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in payroll operations and technology.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience with various HR data concepts and payroll functions.
• Tech-savvy with intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and project management skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives across global locations and collaborate effectively with team members at multiple levels.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Mandatory confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Experience with payroll and time technologies such as ADP Globalview, ADP Celergo, and Enterprise Time/Workforce Manager preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) reading, writing, and speaking skills are a plus.
