Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Process Specialist to review borrower financial statements and perform financial spreading and credit analysis. You will work with CPA-audited statements and SEC filings, analyzing trends and key ratios, and ensuring accuracy within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lending, Credit Analysis, Financial Spreading or Credit Operations.
• Strong understanding of 10-K filings and CPA-audited financial statements.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Hands-on experience calculating and interpreting financial ratios.
• Ability to understand how financial events and accounting movements impact credit ratios and borrower financial performance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower financial statements, including SEC 10-K filings, CPA-audited financial statements, annual reports and supporting financial information.
• Spread Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement data into designated financial spreading templates/tools.
• Analyze historical financial performance, trends and year-on-year movements.
• Calculate and interpret key credit ratios covering: Liquidity, Leverage, Debt service/coverage, Profitability, Working capital.
• Identify ratio-impacting events such as revenue or profitability movements, changes in debt/leverage, liquidity deterioration, extraordinary items, acquisitions/disposals.
• Review financial statement disclosures and schedules to identify information relevant to borrower's credit profile.
• Perform reconciliation and reasonableness checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Highlight material trends, exceptions and potential credit concerns for further review.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness while meeting defined SLA and quality requirements.
