Job summary

Marsh Risk in Mumbai seeks a Process Manager to join our hybrid team, with at least three days in the office weekly.

You will support operations excellence by redesigning processes, identifying automation opportunities, and driving end-to-end projects, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining documentation and governance records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with applications/databases and SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience in operations or project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, timelines, trackers, and status updates.
• Monitor project progress and highlight key milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Create impactful presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews and governance meetings.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to track deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Drive and manage end-to-end operational projects from initiation to closure
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and communication records
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues and provide resolution support

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mumbai -Times square team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
