Role & responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization

• Analyse existing business and product processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, document, and standardize end-to-end product processes.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines.
• Eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to defined processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop process governance frameworks and control mechanisms.
• Conduct periodic process audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology, and support functions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Manage process change initiatives and support organizational adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience In PMO or IT Project/ digital transitions
