IIFL Home Finance is seeking a Senior Process Excellence/Transformation professional to drive process improvements, governance, and data-driven decision support across branches and central operations. The role requires experience in BFSI environments and a solid grasp of lending lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Excellence, Operations, BFSI, NBFC, or HFC environments.
• Graduate / B.Tech or equivalent required.
• Certifications in Quality Controls, Operational Excellence, Project Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of home loan/lending lifecycle.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio proficiency.
• Knowledge of application implementation, enhancements, process automation, and financial applications/tools.
