About the Role
Nucore is looking for a Process Lead – Talent Acquisition (A4) to drive end-to-end recruitment across India and international markets.
In this role, you will own hiring outcomes for assigned functions and partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to translate manpower requirements into effective hiring strategies. You will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines, driving structured selection processes, improving hiring velocity, and ensuring a strong candidate experience from first contact through joining.
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role with process ownership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in IT/technology hiring, along with experience in hiring across other business and functional roles, and exposure to international recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from approved hiring requirements through offer acceptance and joining.
- Drive hiring across India and international markets based on business and workforce requirements.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technical and functional skills, experience expectations, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Manage hiring across Engineering, Product, Sales, and other technology and business functions.
- Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, direct sourcing, databases, and passive candidate outreach.
- Conduct structured candidate screening and assess experience, competencies, communication, motivation, compensation expectations, notice period, and overall role fit.
- Coordinate technical, functional, managerial, and leadership interview stages and drive timely feedback and decisions.
- Manage candidate engagement, compensation discussions, offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines for niche, recurring, and business-critical requirements.
- Develop talent-market intelligence around skill availability, compensation benchmarks, candidate expectations, competitor hiring, and regional hiring practices.
- Proactively identify hiring bottlenecks, ageing positions, pipeline gaps, and offer risks, and drive appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide Hiring Managers and stakeholders with clear visibility into pipeline health, hiring progress, risks, and expected closures.
- Track and improve key recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Recruitment TAT, Offer Acceptance Rate, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Candidate Dropout Rate, Source Effectiveness, and Hiring Funnel Conversion.
- Ensure a professional, responsive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute to employer branding, talent mapping, recruitment analytics, process improvement, and recruitment automation initiatives.
- Drive recruitment process discipline, documentation standards, and consistent hiring practices.
- Take ownership of complex and business-critical hiring requirements while driving continuous improvement and best practices across Talent Acquisition.
- Provide functional guidance and share sourcing and recruitment best practices with junior TA/HR team members where required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong hands‑on expertise in IT/technology hiring and experience hiring across other business and functional roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing capability, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and translate them into effective candidate searches.
- Strong stakeholder management and Hiring Manager partnership skills.
- Good candidate assessment, negotiation, and offer-closure capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions, stakeholders, and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, execution discipline, and focus on closure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on exposure to international/global hiring.
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels, including specialist, senior, managerial, niche, and business‑critical positions.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, ATS/HRMS, recruitment databases, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Exposure to talent mapping, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and proactive pipeline development.
- Understanding of international talent markets, compensation practices, and candidate expectations.
- Experience in the travel technology domain will be an added advantage.
