Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a professional to manage exception handling and coordination across publishers and wholesalers in Chennai. The role focuses on allocation mismatches, PO discrepancies, and schedule conflicts to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

You will perform allotment reconciliation, handle mid-cycle changes and galley adjustments, and coordinate with publishers, wholesalers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage exception scenarios (allocation mismatch, PO discrepancies, schedule conflicts)
• Perform allotment reconciliation across wholesalers and investigate variances
• Handle mid-cycle changes, corrections, and closed galley adjustments
• Coordinate with publishers, wholesalers, and internal teams for issue resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis for errors (e.g., distribution rework, data mismatches)
• Validate outputs from team (QC / review role)
