Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a delivery-focused professional to own end-to-end process delivery and SLA governance within the BPO service line. You will drive efficiency, monitor volumes, cycle times, and SLAs while coaching teams toward higher productivity and quality.

The role emphasizes process standardization, automation opportunities, and smooth transitions with strong stakeholder communication. A Graduate with 7–10 years of experience in media or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain / distribution lifecycle is desirable.
• Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall COMAG operations (intake allocation billing trigger)
• Monitor daily volume, cycle time, backlog, and SLA adherence
• Drive team performance (productivity, quality, utilization)
• Interface with publishers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders for escalations
• Lead process standardization to reduce dependency on tribal knowledge
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (schedule intake, PO master, PAN)
• Support transition, knowledge transfer, and governance reporting

• ~7-10 years experience, ideally in a Media or related Industry
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain / distribution lifecycle
