Job summary

Century Plyboards (I) Limited is seeking a logistics and warehouse operations professional in Delhi to optimize costs, manage MIS reporting, and oversee daily warehouse activities. You will ensure accurate inventory, coordinate transportation, and enforce safety standards across the facility.

The role requires strong data skills with SAP HANA and Excel, plus excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to align order processing and operations with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Cost Control – Manage and optimize secondary logistics costs, identifying opportunities for savings without compromising service levels.
• MIS Reporting – Generate accurate and timely MIS reports as per business requirements to support decision-making.
• Warehouse Operations Management – Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Inventory Control & Accuracy – Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation with system records, minimizing discrepancies.
• Transportation & Vendor Management – Coordinate transportation activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Warehouse Safety Management – Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment and compliance with safety standards.
• System Proficiency – Utilize SAP HANA and Excel effectively for data management, reporting, and process tracking.
• Communication Skills – Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, including professional email correspondence.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and operational alignment.
• Inward & Outward Process Management – Handle inward and outward material movement processes along with accurate documentation and compliance.
