Job summary

Flipkart is seeking a logistics professional to lead inbound, outbound and last-mile execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain. You will drive team performance and coordinate with warehouse and transport partners to meet service targets.

Responsibilities include inventory control, ERP reconciliation, cash handling compliance, and adherence to 5S standards, with a strong focus on data-driven improvement and COD handling.

Qualifications

• Logistics Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and logistics tracking software.
• Data & Analytics: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic data reconciliation tools.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, last-mile sorting, route planning, and COD handling.
