• 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Reengineering, Transformation or Continuous Improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience working with CMT clients, preferably across Telecom, Media, social media or Hi-Tech.
• Hands-on experience in AI, GenAI and/or Agentic AI initiatives is mandatory.
• Proven experience in driving process optimization, transformation programs and measurable business improvements.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end process improvement frameworks, methodologies and operating models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps, define improvement opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
