• We are seeking a motivated and detail orientedEntry-Level B2B Interface Specialistto join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between different software systems and user interfaces in a business-to-business (B2B) context. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team and handling the support mails.
• EDI Formats:
  • EDIFACT Format: ORDERS, ORDCHG, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DESADV.
  • ANSIX12 Format: 850,860,855,810 & 856.
• EDI message tracking on regular intervals and interpretation of error codes ANSIX12 & EDIFACT.
• Handling the support mails in the functional mailbox: Creation of tickets in the ServiceNow, support mails - PO sent successfully, resending of the Messages, Distribution & Duplication setup
