Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Order Management & Fulfilment Specialist to handle end-to-end order processing, verify customer documents, create and manage orders, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & Fulfilment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle. This role is responsible for verifying customer documents, creating and managing sales and purchase orders, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring order fulfilment, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

• Receive order from the customer.

• Reporting and Analysis
• Generate reports on sales, outstanding receivables, and payment status.

Your success is grounded in:

• 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
