Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, is seeking an Accounts/Invoice Processing professional to validate transporter invoices, post entries in SAP, and manage related tax and compliance activities. The role requires attention to detail, strong accounting knowledge, and ability to handle vendor and transporter communications.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in invoicing, proficiency with Excel, and experience in GST/TDS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of invoicing experience in a similar role.
• Experience in processing invoices and familiarity with GST & TDS.
• Knowledge of accounting databases and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform transporter invoice data validation and rate verification.
• Post invoices in SAP system.
• Record quality deviations and follow up with transporter for credit notes.
• Address invoice deviations and escalations from customers and vendors daily.
• Handle escalations related to transporter invoice submission and payment issues.
• Ensure detective control procedures are followed.
• Conduct reconciliation and monthly provisioning.
• Respond to queries from Central Tax team related to GST & TDS.
• Monitor daily KPI metrics.
• Prepare monthly MIS report on freight costs.

Job Description

Transporter invoice Data validation, Factual (service confirmation), rate verification

Invoice Posting in SAP system.

Recording Quality deviations and following up with Transporter for Credit notes

Addressing Invoice deviations

Addressing the escalations of Customer and vendor on daily basis

Addressing the escalations of Transporter invoice submission and payment issue

Ensuring Detective Control procedures are followed.

Reconciliation and monthly provisioning.

Addressing queries of Central Tax team related to GST & TDS.

Daily KPI monitoring.

Monthly MIS report on freight cost.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Associate's or Bachelor's/Master degree in accounting.

Experience :

Mandatory: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Extensive experience in processing invoices.

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Knowledge of accounting databases and record keeping.

Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.

Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries.

Ability to review invoices and verify tax information.
