Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India invites experienced logistics professionals to join our team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on end-to-end shipment coordination, vendor and LSP management, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials for mobile and industrial applications.

You will work with SAP MM/SD, collaborate with planning and warehouses, monitor transit times, and contribute to cost-efficient, compliant supply chains while supporting audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Any Diploma or Degree holder with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• SAP MM/SD exposure; planning, procurement, transport, and customs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with Vendors & LSP via air/sea as required.
• Coordinate with Clearing agents for queries and document checks.
• Ensure materials meet defined transit lead times; maintain shipment trackers.
• Meet monthly with LSP teams to monitor lead times and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with planning for priority shipments and alignment to requirements.
• Utilize SAP MM/SD modules and MS Tools for daily operations.
• Follow up with warehouses for goods receipt, damages, and exceptions.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and manage backlog shipments escalations.
• Generate reports to measure freight forwarders' performance.
• Ensure data integrity and support internal audits as required.
• Visit external warehouses/LSP/GS teams to maintain smooth information flow.

• Coordination with Vendors & LSP for movement of shipments Via AIR/SEA based on requirement.
• Co-ordinate with Clearing agents for any queries/clarifications like technical details, product information,checklist approval etc.
• Ensure to get materials within defined Transit lead time. Maintain tracking file of the shipments.
• Monthly meeting with LSP team. Monitor transit lead time & optimization of lead time
• Co-ordinate with planning team to discuss on priority shipments & align to the requirement.
• Hands on Experience in SAP MM, SD modules, MS Tools.
• Follow-up with WH for goods receipt, Damages, Exception handling.
• Having discussion with Cross Functional teams, Follow-up for Backlog shipments, Pro Active approach. If anydeviation, follow up with Escalations as per Authority Matrix.
• Report generation for measuring performance of Freight forwarders.
• Ensure the information flow is adhered to as per the Standard process. Maintenance of data as per Companyrequirement and participate in C/AU Audit.
• Visit External Warehouse/ LSP/ GS Teams & have smooth Information flow.

Qualifications

Any Diploma / Degree holder with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Exposure of SAP in MM / PP Module
Knowledge of Planning & procurement activity/
Transport/ Customs/ Handling Vehicle Planning.
